Do I need to complete Level 1 first?

Level 1 is strongly recommended as a prerequisite. The advanced phenotype assessment and Phase 1 workflows in Level 2 build directly on the foundation established in Level 1. Clinicians with significant prior airway CE experience may be considered for direct Level 2 enrollment — contact us to discuss.

What does the live mentorship include?

Level 2 includes four weeks of live Q&A and case review sessions directly with Dr. Major. You can bring your actual clinical cases — radiographs, photos, history — and receive real-time feedback on assessment, treatment planning, and decision-making. Sessions are scheduled during the course and recorded for enrolled participants.

What's the price range and what determines the final cost?

Level 2 starts at $2,000. The final price varies depending on cohort timing, bundle options (with Level 1), and any promotional pricing for early enrollment. Current pricing is confirmed at the time of enrollment.

How long does Level 2 take to complete?

Level 2 runs over approximately 4–6 weeks, structured around the live Q&A sessions with Dr. Major. The evergreen modules can be completed at your own pace; the live sessions are scheduled and recorded. Most participants invest 10–15 hours of active learning over the course duration.

Are the CE credits accredited?

Level 2 provides 7 CE credit hours. Accreditation details and regional dental board compliance are confirmed at enrollment. All content complies with HIPAA, OSHA, and applicable CE standards.

What comes after Level 2?

Level 2 graduates are eligible to apply for the Mentorship Program — one-on-one and small-group coaching directly with Dr. Major. A Certification Pathway is also in development for graduates who want credentialed recognition of their airway competency.
